Replacements 
All requests for replacements must be submitted within 14 days of the date that the item is received. For a replacement your original order must be returned to us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. 

Eligible reasons for replacement may include:

  • Damage or manufacturer error
  • Dissatisfaction with print quality

Refunds 
Unfortunately, these are personalized items that cannot be refunded for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed we immediately start processing the order for production. Therefore a request for cancellation must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement.
