How long will it take to get my canvas?
Standard orders placed within the U.S are expected to arrive within 7-12 business days.
Express orders placed within the U.S are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.
International orders are expected to arrive within 2-6 weeks

Can I cancel or update my order?
Once an order is placed we immediately start processing the order for production. Therefore a request for cancellation or order changes must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement. https://onshapez.com/pages/contact
How do I check the status of my order?

What if I don't receive my package?
We give mail carriers the entire shipping time frame before taking further actions, at which point we are happy to open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We may send out promotions to your email from time to time. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to receive future discounts.
How do I hang my canvas when I get it?
All canvases arrive ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger(s) secured on the back. All you have to do is place your nails in the wall.
Can I clean my canvas?
The canvases are quite durable once given our protective coating and should resist most scratches, smudges and finger prints. You can dust canvases with a dry microfiber cloth.
How long will my canvas last?
We offer a lifetime guarantee against warping or cracking in the frame and canvas print. If you're not satisfied contact our support team, they will help instruct you on how to ship your canvas back to us, and we'll replace it free of charge.
What will appear on the edges of my canvas?
Your image will be wrapped around the edges of the canvas for a seamless appearance.
How do I know if the photo I want to use is high-quality enough?
All photos are reviewed by our team prior to production, if the photo is suspected to print in low quality our team will reach out with possible solutions within 24 hours of order placement.
What if my photo isn't perfect?
All photos are reviewed by our team prior to production, our professionals can enhance your photo which will be sent to you for approval prior to printing. If the photo is suspected to print in low quality our team will reach out with possible solutions within 24 hours of order placement.
